THE HIRING PROCESS

FIG. 01  /  WHO WE HIRE

Who we hire.

THE PROFILE

01

Team-first, by instinct

Talent is welcome here, and it is recognized. The unit of achievement, though, is the team: trials are not delivered by one brilliant hand — they are carried, together, for years, by people who share what they know and lift the work around them. Individual excellence matters most when the whole team stands taller for it. We hire for that instinct: people who would rather build something sound together than be the star of something fragile.

02

Brave enough to disagree

If you see a flaw — in the data, the design, the plan — we would rather hear it today than discover it in six months, whoever you are and whoever you are telling. Rank sets responsibilities here; it does not settle arguments. And a concern that touches patient safety is raised at once, no alternative plan required — the structure stands behind the person who speaks.

03

Ready to hold real trust

We hire adults and trust them like adults. Decisions sit with the people closest to the work, inside parameters that are defined, audited, and honest about their limits — anything touching patient safety or a regulatory commitment pauses for senior review, automatically. Trust with guardrails is still trust, and it is a demanding kind of respect. The right people recognize it immediately.

04

Builders, not bystanders

Seeing a problem is the beginning of the job, not the end of it. The people who belong here arrive with the concern in one hand and a way forward in the other — critique in service of the work, never of ego. It keeps the company moving, and it keeps the room generous: no one here wins by finding fault, only by making things hold.

What happens next.

Three steps. The third one is singular on purpose.

THE PROCESS

STEP 01

Application

Your application is reviewed against the role as written — the description on the page is the standard it is read against, nothing hidden behind it.

STEP 02

Screening

Where there is a potential fit, a short screening conversation follows — enough to understand your work and for you to ask what you want to know.

STEP 03

One interview

After screening, there is one interview: a single, substantive conversation with the people you would work beside. Not a rolling series of rounds — one conversation, taken seriously by both sides.

SINGULAR ON PURPOSE

Throughout, the role is described as it actually is — in the same plain terms we use on this page.
